Payment

A 50% Deposit is taken in advance for the room cost and any included breakfast.

Costs incurred during your stay, including pre booked add ons (Early check in/late check out etc.) will be settled at check out.

Cancellation Policy

Kintala Resort & Spa offer free cancellation up to 7 days prior to your stay.

You can rearrange the date of your stay for free up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Kintala Resort & Spa operate a no pets policy

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area of the resort.

Damages / breakages to any part of the site, inside lodges or other, caused by any guest will result in the guest / party being charged accordingly.

Kintala Resort & Spa take no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of property while on the resort.

A car park is provided on site. Cars are parked at owners risk.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing while on resort. All policies and safety notices must be adhered to.
